My name is Dave and I am the administrator/developer here. I designed and built this site around a WordPress blogging format with several widgets that allow front end posting of content by registered users. This is strictly a hobby, I have no ulterior motive other than to provide a forum outside of social media sites for Cotacachi Expats to use. One day in the not too distant future I will be a full-time resident in Cotacachi.

Enjoy the site!. It is simple to use and should provide the members with an awesome discussion forum as long as you are willing to post stuff, reply to posts, upload pictures, and generally do what some do on Facebook, but in a different, and private way.

Hi Renee, Yes, I am currently home, on temporary disability from work. I live in Coquitlam. I just had surgery last week to replace my right wrist. It was severely damaged in a motorcycle accident a few years ago. Finally got it fixed (I hope)
Hi Renee, I love Ecuador and particularly Cotacachi. I know that I am going to end up there in a few years although I hope to be able to snowbird until retirement :). I have been there 3 times in the past couple of years and most recently spent 7 weeks hunkered down in Cotacachi to see if I would like it – Well YES I DID!! We should get together for a coffee one of these days to meet and I could answer some of your questions.
